This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, restrictions, customs, and related procedures to ensure you understand how your order moves from our warehouse to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Any custom, large, or oversized product may require additional processing time, which will be noted at checkout.
2. Shipping Carriers and Methods
Bukibit ships exclusively within the United States using reputable carriers:
Standard Ground Shipping: Delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 1 to 3 business days.
Rural or PO Box Delivery: May incur additional days depending on carrier routing.
All methods include tracking, and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Some remote zip codes may have extended delivery estimates; notification will be provided when possible.
3. Shipping Charges and Free Shipping Offers
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
For orders over a certain amount (e.g. $150), we offer free Standard Ground Shipping. Expedited upgrades remain chargeable.
4. Delivery and Receipt
Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If unattended delivery is allowed per your authorization, Bukibit takes no responsibility for loss or theft thereafter.
If delivery fails or the address is incorrect, shipping is refunded once you provide proof you took valid steps to ensure accuracy and Bukibit approves the refund.
5. Order Tracking and Notifications
A tracking link is sent via email post-shipment.
Tracking numbers typically update within 24 hours.
Contact us at info@bukibit.com if your tracking does not update or package appears stuck.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of estimated delivery.
Provide photos or documentation. Bukibit will issue a replacement or refund once investigated.
Bukibit is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier unless evidence indicates failure in transit.
7. International or Multi-State Restrictions
At present, we ship within the continental United States only. Including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories—unless otherwise stated. International orders are not accepted at this time.
8. Customs and Local Taxes
Since shipments are within the U.S., customs and import duties are not applicable. State and local sales tax may be applied based on delivery location and applicable laws.
