Our goal is your complete satisfaction. This policy explains our procedures for returning or exchanging items, processing refunds, and handling defective products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation intact.

  • Bukibit reserves the right to deny refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Unauthorized returns not initiated through proper channels

3. Return Process and Authorization

  • To request a return, email us at info@bukibit.com with your order number and reason.

  • Bukibit will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions (including shipping address and procedure).

  • Do not ship returns without prior authorization; unapproved returns may be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.

4. Return Shipping

  • Unless the return is due to Bukibit’s error (defective or wrong item), return shipping is your responsibility.

  • Use a traceable carrier and retain shipping receipts until your refund is confirmed.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable, even if you choose to return multiple items.

5. Refund Timing and Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (initial and return) are non-refundable unless Bukibit error is confirmed.

6. Exchanges and Store Credit

  • If you prefer an exchange or store credit, mention that in your return request.

  • Exchanges are processed after verifying item availability.

  • Store credit remains valid for 12 months and may be applied to future purchases.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report visible defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the packaging and item.

  • Bukibit will cover shipping for replacement or refund for confirmed defective items.

8. Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment through email or your account dashboard.

  • Once an order has shipped, returns must follow the standard return process.
